Ethics is the rational justification of our own moral judgements; it is our way of determining what is right or wrong.

XI. Activity: Reframing Each Distorted Thought
a. Each client will give an example of the distorted thought that brought them to this class
b. Each client will identify some of the people, entities, and or institutions affected by their action
c. Each client will bring pen and paper to the next class to begin the outline for the final assignment
XII. Self Love
a. Each client wrote a Love Letter to themselves and read them aloud
XIII. Apology
a. Each client identified the people who were affected by their misdeed
b. Each client wrote an apology letter to them and read them aloud.
